All payment requests are processed by WeChat Pay and PayPal. By making a purchase on ai.ilut.cn, you agree to these terms as well as the relevant terms provided by WeChat Pay and PayPal at checkout.
2. WordPress Plugins
We take great pride in the quality of our independently developed WordPress plugins:
- 7-Day Technical Money-Back Guarantee: If you encounter technical failures or bugs that prevent the plugin from functioning as described, and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we will issue a full refund within 7 days of your purchase.
- Non-Refundable Circumstances: Refunds will not be granted for “change of mind,” functional requirements not listed in the product description, or conflicts with third-party themes/plugins that we have not explicitly stated as supported.
3. VIP Subscriptions & AI Tutorials
- Instant Access: Due to the unique nature of digital educational content (AI and photography tutorials), access rights take effect immediately upon purchase.
- No Refunds: Once you have logged in or accessed the paid content, the service is deemed “consumed.” Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds.
- Subscription Cancellation: VIP membership takes effect in real-time upon purchase. Renewal requires manual operation by you; we do not utilize automatic billing. After subscribing, you can continue to access member content until the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product or subscription multiple times, please contact us within 48 hours. We will process a refund for the duplicate transaction.
